Located at Hitech Industrial Estate (in Export Processing Zone) in Ayutthaya province, with 30,000 square meters of floor space and 2,700 employees. During the past 3 years, several new I.C. packages were introduced and used for the latest mobile phone, digital camera, Web Camera, and in the telecommunication industry. Our design and project engineers can develop the custom packages to meet customer design’s requirements. Hana Ayutthaya operation hit record highs in output and revenue for a second successive year.
