1. Production
Supervisor/Sr.Production Supervisor
The Challenge :
To oversee the operator's
activities, performance and discipline to ensure
a safe workplace and quality output consistent
with speed of production flow out at each operation.
The Professional : Able
to read, understand and comply with production's
work instructions in English. Able to work independently
with a high level of initiatives and ability to
motivate or persuade people.
2. Production
Planner/Senior Planner
The Challenge : To
ensure proper daily assembly loading into production,
work-in-process tracking and on-time shipment
back to customer. Also responsible for coordinating
all functions regarding materials requirements
to achieve production goals and customers' need.
The Professional : Experienced
in production planning and control in a large
manufacturing firm, preferably from semiconductor
or electronics industry. Possess a good knowledge
in semiconductor manufacturing process.
3. Overseas
Buyer/Senior Overseas Buyer
The Challenge :
To supervise and manage
various kinds of procurement activities concerning
buying supervision, suppliers and vendors sourcing
and price negotiation in order to retain the company's
cost saving concept.
The Professional :
Experienced in materials
sourcing and vendor rating. Possess negotiation
skill and a good knowledge in semiconductor production
process.
4. Programmer/System
Analyst
The Challenge : To
support IMS Windows-based project of Jiaxing plant
in China, stations at Ayutthaya plant., by developing
and modifying application programming to meet
users' requirement. To provide technical expertise
in enhancement of data processing systems to support
business functions.
The Professional :
Good development skill at
using Visual Basic 6.0 or MS Visual Basic.net
5. HR
Officer / Sr. Human Resources Officer
The Challenge : To
carry out the proper recruitment process and employee
relations activities including employee's benefits,
to meet department's objective and goal. Also
responsible for HRIS (Human Resources Information
System) and effective communication programs.
The Professional :
Experienced in HR field
in a large labor-intensive manufacturing firm.
Very good knowledge in labor laws, labor relations
and personnel management. Strong leadership with
good negotiation skill and ability to motivate
or persuade people. Knowledge of competency-based
management is an advantage.
6. Assistant
Accountant
The Challenge : To
work under supervision of and to assist Senior
Accountant to complete assigned accounting tasks
on a timely basis.
The Professional :
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, preferably at
least one year of direct experience in manufacturing
environment. Mastery in using Microsoft Excel
and possess ability to handle numerical analyses.
7. Technician
/ Sr.Technician
The Challenge :
To sustain production assembly
or test processing by maintaining efficient equipment
condition.
The Professional : Diploma
in electronics, electrical, mechanical or related
fields with ability to understand mechanical or
electrical or electronics drawings and comply
with preventive maintenance or repair instructions
in English. Able to work in shift rotation.
